I'm David Collin owner of Hydro-Dynamix
We are a cleaning company based in Norden ,near Rochdale.
We have been providing interior and exterior cleaning services to both our domestic and commercial customers in the North West for over 13 years.

AMTICO/KARNDEAN VINYL FLOOR CLEANING
Revitalise your hard floors with a deep clean.
First we clean or strip back any old polish using appropriate solutions and a rotary cleaning machine
Then we rinse and dry the floor
Finally we apply a quality floor polish
This dries within the hour and provides a hard wearing surface which can be brushed and mopped as normal

We use a 4000psi Honda Jet Washing Machine-Quick and Efficient
We also have the truck mounted machine which can suck away any water that doesnt drain away

FAQ
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DRY?
This is the most frequently asked question!
And it depends on a number of factors such as
Carpet type -Wool or Synthetic.
Pile Thickness
Outside/Inside temperature
Level of Soiling.
Best Case Scenario- Carpet dry in 1 Hour
Worst Case Scenario -Carpet dries overnight
DO YOU MOVE FURNITURE?
We would ask that the room is cleared of smaller items.We can do this if its a problem to you.
Bigger items such as sofas armchairs and large tables etc we can move to clean behind and underneath.
We can remove TVs if requested (but we've found most people don't want them moved due to the number of wires/cables etc!)
WILL ALL THE STAINS COME OUT?
Our honest answer is No but we will always try and most stains can be removed or improved.
Much like clothing stains -most come out but some are permanent
It depends on the stain involved, the carpet type,how long its been there, and if its been cleaned previously.
Please phone us we will always give you advice.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
How many rooms do you want cleaning?
How big are they?
Is the room empty?
All these questions determine the answer!!
We have a minimum charge of £40.
This would clean a lounge carpet or average hall/stairs/landing.
BUT the more you want cleaning the price per room would be less
eg Average semi detached house
(3 bedrooms, hall, stairs, landing, lounge, dining room) - £120-£140
UPHOLSTERY CLEANING
Upholstery Cleaning is more complex and time consuming due to the nature of the hundreds of different suites and fabrics available today.
There is no such thing nowadays as an average bog standard suite!
Please ask for a quote -We are very reasonable .
Please give us as much info as possible or we can come and have a look.
JET WASHING
We would usually come out to quote for jet washing jobs as the price is determined by how long we think the job will take.
We have a powerful petrol driven Honda machine so we can do the work quickly and efficiently compared to a domestic electric jet washer.
Our prices are very reasonable
